Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Extension Officer to join our team and provide technical assistance to farmers in our network.

Responsibilities:

Provide training to farmers on organic coffee farming practices
Conduct field visits to assess and support farmer operations
Develop training materials and demonstration plots
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes

Requirements:

Degree in Agriculture or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural extension
Knowledge of organic farming practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel within Bukomansimbi district
