Our Journey

From youth group to impactful social enterprise

Kibinge Organic Plus Limited (KORP) began its journey in 2020 as a dedicated youth group with a clear vision: to combat climate change and promote environmental conservation through innovative solutions like producing charcoal briquettes from crop residues and waste materials.

What started as a small initiative quickly gained momentum, evolving into a formal social enterprise that was officially registered under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau on April 6th, 2023. This milestone marked our commitment to supporting agriculture and youth development within Bukomansimbi district.

Our Timeline

Founded as a youth group focused on environmental conservation and climate change initiatives

2021

Expanded activities to include coffee seedlings production and craft making

June 2021

2022

Began training programs for youth in craft making, coffee seedling nursery setup, and rabbit farming

March 2022

2023

Officially registered as Kibinge Organic Plus Limited under Uganda Registration Services Bureau

April 6th, 2023

Expanded operations and formalized our Eco-synergy network approach
