Kibinge Organic Plus Limited

A youth and women-led organization dedicated to sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation.

Kibinge Organic Plus Limited (KORP) was started in 2020 as a youths group aimed at fighting climate change and environment conservation through production of charcoal briquettes from crop residues and wastes. The group graduated into a Social enterprise and was registered under Uganda Registration Services Bureau on 06th/04/2023 as a youths' and women organization targeting agriculture and assistance to agriculture within Bukomansimbi district.

The enterprise is now producing coffee seedlings and crafts, as well as training youths in crafts making, coffee seedlings nursery set-up, rabbits farming, among others.

We believe in the power of collaboration and community engagement to create sustainable change. Our approach involves partnering with local farmers, youth groups, and women's organizations to implement our programs effectively.

Action Plan

Building capacity through community engagement

The enterprise will look for at least 500 youth and women farmers and farmer groups, coordinate with them in the district through conducting trainings & meetings.

Main Objective by 2035
  • Produce 300Mt of Organic compost fertilizers
  • 20 MT of Organic coffee
  • 50 MT of charcoal briquettes
  • 100,000 Coffee seedlings
  • 500 Shade tree seedlings
  • 2 MT of Rabbit meat
  • 1000 litres of Organic foliar fertilizers
